We accept returns within 7 days of purchase, provided that:

The product is sealed, unused, and in original condition

All original packaging is intact

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Once the returned item passes inspection, a full refund of the product amount will be issued, excluding original delivery charges.

If, for any reason, we are unable to deliver your order after full payment:

The amount will be refunded to your original payment method, or

Issued as store credit to your Mawaz account, which can be used for future purchases (similar to leading platforms like Namshi).
