Refund Policy

Return Policy:

  • Our Return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

  • To be eligible for return, the product must be unused and in its original packing with any sampling pieces, manuals and tags.

  • If the product is found to be used, refund is not possible

  • Goods need to be sealed packed and in the same condition delivered and return delivery charge will be paid by the customer 


Return Shipping:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund which is AED 25. For International orders, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

  • To return your product, you can also mail your product to:

  • If you are shipping the returned item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

     

Refunds Process:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 working days.

  • If you have paid by cash we would be able to provide you the refund amount as Store Credit for future purchase. 

  • No refund will be applicable to international orders after it has been shipped.

  • In case we are unable to deliver goods to the customer  after complete payment then either we refund the money back to customer bank account or (like namshi) credit will go to customer's mawaz account and the amount will be deducted from the next purchase


Exchanges:

  • We will replace items if you received products that are incorrect, defective or damaged. 

  • To be eligible for exchange, contact our customer service by email, phone or whatsapp within 24 hrs of receiving the incorrect or defective goods along with the photos of the received item

  • No exchange can be done for International orders (outside of UAE)

Proof of Purchase:

  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Exemptions from Return:

  • Several types of goods are exempt from being returned like Gift cards, beauty, health and personal care items
