• We accept secure online payments via credit and debit cards only. All transactions are processed through Stripe, a trusted global payment gateway, ensuring your payment is 100% safe and encrypted. We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We proudly deliver to all locations across the UAE, with reliable shipping handled by Aramex.
• Most orders arrive within 1 to 3 business days, depending on your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
• Once dispatched, you’ll receive an Aramex tracking number to follow your shipment in real time.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, goods must be sealed, unused, and in the same condition as delivered. The customer is responsible for the return delivery charges. Upon successful inspection of the returned item, a full refund of the product amount will be issued, excluding the original delivery charges.
• In case we are unable to deliver goods to the customer after complete payment then either we refund the money back to customer bank account or (like namshi) credit will go to customer’s mawaz account and the amount will be deducted from the next purchase.
