Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase. To be eligible, the product must be sealed, unused, and in the same condition as delivered. Simply contact our support team via the Contact Us page or email us with your order details to initiate a return. Please note that return delivery charges are the customer's responsibility. Once we receive and successfully inspect the returned item, a full refund of the product amount will be processed, excluding the original delivery fee.
If, for any reason, we are unable to deliver your fully paid order, we will either refund the amount to your bank account or credit the refund to your Mawaz account, which can be used on your next purchase—just like how platforms like Namshi operate.
We process and ship all orders quickly, with Aramex handling our deliveries across the UAE. Most orders arrive within 1 to 3 business days, depending on your location.
